1st April 2024 is nearly upon us and the new Complaint Handling Code by the Housing Ombudsman is not an April Fools’ joke!
Starting on 1st April 2024, the updated Complaint Handling Code will be implemented and, for the first time, will become a statutory requirement.
We are gradually seeing updates to websites and policies, but there is still much work to be done.
