BEN GARRATT
Noteworthy achievements include:
• Running a 1,000 FTE multi-site operation, whilst delivering a wholesale transformation project under FCA supervision
• Designing and executing multiple high-profile remediation and unique Scheme of Arrangement programmes
• Creating annualised savings of £1.5mil through transformation activities on multiple sub 150 FTE operations
• Redesigning complex policies and processes for a number of Utilities clients
With a passion for making a difference, Ben created Pro-Sourcing to offer clients innovative ways of solving problems, increasing customer service and creating efficiencies.
